Project Brief
This project kicked off as an internal initiative within our agency, sparked by our lead strategist's brief emphasizing the shifting landscape of financial services, influenced by technological progress and evolving customer expectations.
 
We assembled a multidisciplinary team to develop a concept for a customer-centric, digital-first banking service that learns, anticipates, and adapts to each individual's financial needs throughout their lifetime.
Process
The discovery and define phase began with team workshops dedicated to reimagining digital banking.
 
These discussions sparked ideas for innovations that could reshape perceptions and usage of digital banking.
 
During the design phase, we generated several pivotal materials to visualize and communicate our product vision and strategy: a Product Vision Guide outlining the service's features and benefits, a high-fidelity UX/UI prototype, and a Vision Video that summarizes our concept.
 
The comprehensive efforts and the materials we developed played a crucial role in our successful pitch to Manulife Retirement and Insurance, leading to a significant enhancement of our portfolio and advancing the way people manage their finances.
